Returns & Refunds

If your product arrives damaged, you can return it to us for a refund. Before you do so, please email support@famousrebel.com informing us of the damage, and attaching photos of the damage (including photos of packaging) - as it arrived to you. 

Please don't return without first informing us of the damage and providing the aforementioned photos. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Unfortunately Lightboxes, Jewellery or pins cannot be refunded unless in the very unlikely case of a defect.

Brexit- don't blame us!

All orders shipped to the EU are now subject to VAT. Until July 1st, 2021, when buyers in the EU purchase goods shipped from a country outside of that region with a total value below €22, they were exempt from paying VAT. As of July 1st, 2021, buyers will be required to pay VAT on all purchases up to €150. Import VAT and duties will continue to apply on orders above this threshold. We do not collect VAT on exports to the EU , so unfortunately customers will be usually be charged upon delivery of the goods by the carrier.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@famousrebel.com and send your item to: 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Famous Rebel 80 The Narrows, High Street Totnes TQ9 5SN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
